Production Process
Selection of raw materials
We carefully select eco-friendly materials and conduct multi-dimensional tests on raw materials such as jute, canvas, and DuPont paper to ensure that their environmental friendliness and durability meet production standards, guaranteeing product quality from the source.
Design proofing
The professional design team quickly generates design plans and produces samples based on customer requirements. Through material matching, process simulation and other links, the samples accurately present the expected effects of the customers.
Mass production
Adopt a production mode that combines automation and manual collaboration to ensure efficient operation in processes such as cutting, sewing, and printing. At the same time, assign dedicated personnel for inspection to guarantee zero errors in the production process.
Quality inspection
Establish multiple quality inspection checkpoints, comprehensively testing product performance from dimensional accuracy, printing effect to load-bearing capacity. Only products that pass all inspections can proceed to the next stage.
Packaging and outbound

- Process inspection：During the production process, dedicated personnel are assigned to conduct regular inspections, checking each link such as cutting accuracy, printing effect, and sewing technique one by one, and correcting any deviations in a timely manner.
- Finished product full inspection：Finished products must pass multiple tests such as load-bearing capacity test, appearance inspection, and functional verification. Only products that meet 100% of the standards can be released from the warehouse.
- After-sales traceability：Establish a product quality traceability system. In case of after-sales issues, the production process can be quickly located, and quality management can be continuously optimized.
